About the Role

We’re looking for ATS Resume Specialists who are detail-oriented, collaborative editors ready to transform candidate resumes at scale. You’ll be part of a high-velocity team working alongside Reverse Recruiters, editing 20–25 resumes per candidate profile to maximize ATS compatibility and interview call rates. This role demands precision, speed, and seamless real-time collaboration.

What You’ll Do

Edit and optimize 200–250 resumes per day using AI-assisted resume editing tools, ensuring each is tailored to the specific job description provided by your assigned Reverse Recruiter.
Maintain a minimum ATS score target for every resume by strategically placing keywords, formatting sections, and restructuring bullet points for maximum parseability.
Collaborate in real-time with your assigned Reverse Recruiter (team of 10 users) to understand candidate profiles, job targets, and editing priorities.
Review job descriptions, identify high-value keywords, and ensure each resume aligns with hiring manager expectations and ATS requirements.
Track and report ATS scores, editing metrics, and turnaround times daily to optimize team workflow and maintain quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

1–2+ years of experience in resume writing, ATS optimization, or career coaching (SaaS/tech background preferred).
Expert-level knowledge of ATS systems, keyword placement, and formatting techniques that maximize resume parseability.
Ability to work at high speed without sacrificing quality; comfortable editing 200–250+ resumes daily.
Strong collaborative mindset; you'll be on Slack huddles during all work hours for real-time coordination with your Reverse Recruiter partner and team.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented; able to maintain focus and consistency during extended shifts (5 PM – 5 AM IST).

Work Schedule & Commitment

Fixed Hours: 5 PM – 5 AM IST daily (12-hour shift with breaks).
Slack Huddle Availability: Active on Slack huddles throughout your shift for real-time communication with your team.
Team Structure: Assigned to a dedicated team of 10 users (candidates); collaborative workflow with one primary Reverse Recruiter.
Daily Output: 200–250 resumes edited per day across your team's candidate portfolio.
