About the Role

Join the reverse recruiting team to run high-volume, high-quality cold email outreach that books interviews and opens doors for candidates. You’ll build segmented lists, craft personalized first lines, run multi-step sequences, and coordinate with Reverse Recruiters and ATS Resume Specialists so every application is timely, relevant, and deliverable.

What You’ll Do

Build and enrich lead lists; segment by role, industry, and seniority for precise targeting.
Write and launch multi-step cold email sequences with personalized openers and A/B tests.
Maintain deliverability and monitor sender reputation.
Handle replies, qualify interest, and hand off warm conversations to Reverse Recruiters; track outcomes in CRM.
Report daily on opens, replies, positive rates, booked calls/interviews, and learnings to optimize playbooks.

What We’re Looking For

1–2+ years in cold email, outreach, or growth ops; recruiting/sourcing experience is a plus.
Proven personalization chops and copywriting that drives replies; comfortable with A/B testing and analytics.
Hands-on with outreach stacks (e.g., instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist) and data tools (e.g., Apollo, Clearbit).
Strong deliverability knowledge and list hygiene practices; able to keep campaigns in the inbox.
Collaborative and responsive; available on Slack huddles during shift and synced to Reverse Recruiters’ timelines.

Work Schedule & Commitment

Fixed Hours: 5 PM – 5 AM IST (12-hour shift with breaks), coordinated with recruiting and editing teams.
Slack Huddles: Real-time collaboration for prioritization, quick edits, and reply handling.
Output Targets: Daily sequences launched per user portfolio, reply handling within SLA, and booked-interview targets.
