About the Role

We’re looking for Reverse Recruiters who are strategic, customer-focused job search experts ready to drive candidate success at scale. You’ll work with a team of 10 users, sourcing relevant job opportunities, collaborating with ATS Resume Specialists to optimize applications, and managing end-to-end job placements. This role demands proactive research, strategic positioning, and seamless real-time collaboration to land interviews and offers.

What You’ll Do
  • Research and source 20–25 high-quality job opportunities per candidate, matching roles to skills, experience, and career goals.
  • Brief ATS Resume Specialists on job descriptions, required keywords, and company culture to ensure tailored, competitive resumes.
  • Collaborate in real-time with your assigned ATS Resume Specialist (team of 10 users) via Slack huddles to coordinate applications and optimize timing.
  • Manage application submissions across job boards, company websites, and direct recruiter channels while tracking all placements.
  • Monitor application status, follow up with recruiters/hiring managers, and gather feedback to refine strategy and improve placement rates.
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–2+ years of experience in recruitment, job search consulting, or career coaching (SaaS/startup experience preferred).
  • Strong research and analytical skills; ability to identify high-fit job opportunities across industries and seniority levels.
  • Expert communication and relationship-building abilities; comfortable engaging with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Collaborative mindset; you'll be on Slack huddles during all work hours for real-time coordination with your ATS Resume Specialist partner and team.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven; comfortable managing 200–250+ job applications daily across your team's 10 candidates.
Work Schedule & Commitment
  • Fixed Hours: 5 PM – 5 AM IST daily (12-hour shift with breaks).
  • Slack Huddle Availability: Active on Slack huddles throughout your shift for real-time communication with your team.
  • Team Structure: Assigned to a dedicated team of 10 users (candidates); collaborative workflow with one primary ATS Resume Specialist.
  • Daily Output: 200–250 job applications submitted per day across your team's candidate portfolio.
